After losing alot of hair from covid I used this shampoo for over 3 months with no effective results at all. Infact I would say the problem is worse. Other cheaper shampoos work better. Don't waste your money on this overrated product.

Actually made me begin to lose hair. This doesn't work, don't buy it is a load of rubbish.

I can’t say I’ve grown more hair, because I haven’t, BUT, their shampoo is fantastic and it has slowed my alopecia. I appreciate the quality of their products and don’t doubt it works for people.

I’ve been using this for a year now. I was nearly bald from stress. Every day more and more hair fell out.
After a few weeks I had noticeable growth and my hair stopped falling out. I have dyed blonde hair and I can tell it’s growing fast because I have to dye new growth every 3 weeks. It’s thicker and grown such a lot. I had very short hair when I started using these. Maybe ear length at the longest point now it’s shoulder length. Using the Waterman’s shampoo and conditioner twice a week has done wonders for me. Honestly. It’s good stuff.

Awful - I bought the shampoo, conditioner, supplement pills and elixir. Absolutely zero improvement and the only result was absolutely terrible matting and tangling after every single use to the extent I’m dousing my entire hair in hair oil and spending 15 mins carefully untangling the extensive matting - from just a regular shampoo in the shower! The conditioner does absolutely nothing. The supplement pills are like horse pills to swallow. The elixir is mildly tingling and pleasant. That’s it. The website mysteriously only has 5 star reviews and I can’t believe no one else has had a rubbish experience, particularly with the extensive matting which if anything broke and lost me even more hair. Avoid!

This is my first ever review that I have written. The main reason for me writing it is because products like this really rely on reviews for people to purchase. Well at least that’s what I look at before I buy.
I chopped all my hair off and immediately hated it.....so I’ve done a lot of research in order to try and find things to help keep the health of my hair and promote quick growth.
I’ve been using the shampoo and conditioner combined for about a month now. I leave them both on the scalp for 4 mins a piece sometimes a little more. I also use it around 4/5 times a week. My hair is short so it can take it.
Now I think you have to be realistic here. It won’t make your hair grow 8 inches over night but at least for me it seems to have grown faster than it usually would. I would say it’s grown an inch in a month. My hair is 100% shinier and the condition is great. I have experienced hair fall, however I’m really undecided whether I had that much fall out before hand or not. My hair was blond and now it’s dark so I’m thinking it could be that I’m able to see it better.
I plan to keep up with the routine until I run out and plan to repurchase the shampoo only. I feel that’s the stuff that is probably making the difference.

Terrible, they ask for a review as soon as you place an order before the product has arrived with offers off free items, this clearly affects the rating system with false reviews for free products. I used Waterman’s for 8 weeks with no results. They also claim this shampoo helps cancer survivors hair to grow back quicker. The reality is when a person survives cancer their bodies natural healing kicks in with rapid hair growth. These people at Waterman’s are cashing in on cancer patients.

I used the product for 3 months, unfortunately it is not for me. I am a real customer looking to keep and grow longer hair and not affiliated with anything. On the 2nd and 3rd month there was so much hair fall constantly throughout those months. It would not stop. I believe this may be due to an ingredient in it that my scalp personally does not agree to and that is Argan oil. Argan has been scientifically proven to promote androgens, a male hormone that I believe can cut the anagen growing phase hair of the scalp short. Male hormones (androgens NOT to be confused with anagen) increase body hair and facial hair. Female hormones such as estrogens increase and promote a longer anagen growing phase of the scalp. If there are too many male hormones (androgens) in the scalp, it will over take and prevent longer growth and even cause hair fall. On the other hand androgens are only good at promoting facial and body hair but they kill off scalp hair. Only the female hormone (estrogens) promote hair growth on the scalp. This is why a men often become bald but can grow a wonderful beard! I believe the argan oil activated too much of the male hormone in my scalp (androgens) and cut off the growing anagen phase of my long hairs short, on my scalp.
That is why I may have had so many long hairs fall out. You know as a women with long hair, if you have got a good product because estrogenic female powers of the shampoo will slow your hair growth down BUT keep it in anagen growing phase longer, so there is less hair fall.
Be weary of products where there is new growth but your long hairs are falling out in high numbers for a long time. Sometimes that hair follicle could have already been in dead phase and waiting to fall out BUT if it is happening over a long period of time, like two months (like it did for me), this may not be the reason and what chemical or product your using could be cutting the growing anagen phase off.
There are some other good hair growing ingredients in this shampoo and I noticed some new growth for brand new hairs but unfortunately there was just far too many long hairs falling over a long period of time and I feel it is the Argan oil which I am sensitive to and it's androgenic male hormone promoting properties. Other people who have success with this product perhaps are less sensitive to the Argan oil. You can read scientific research about Argan oil male hormone promoting effects at Research Gate, a study which was done on 60 Morrocan men. I can't paste the link to that study as this site won't let me.

Love this shampoo and conditioner!! Not only the condition of my hair improved after being heavily processed with bleach but also it does what it states - and grows!!!! made my hair soft and glossy without the weight!

I have been using the shampoo and conditioner for the last 6 years and I love the product. However I purchased the 1L bottles and the pump is too small. I have long hair so have to pump a good 20-25 times to get enough product. The pump needs to be larger
